Submission of Application

Application for consular services can be submitted at Counter No. 6 of the Visa Section of the High Commission between 0930-1330 hrs from Monday to Thursday, except Gazetted holidays.  The consular document can be collected as per date/time advised by the Consular Officer.

Requirements:

Attestation of Power of Attorney (Property Matters)

• Fees: Rs. 1800/-
• Original document + one photocopy to be signed in front of the Consular Officer
• Photocopy of inside cover pages of the passport or photocopy of the NIC card in case of Pakistani nationals
• Two recent passport size photographs

Attestation of Power of Attorney (other than Property Matters)

• Fees: Rs. 900/-
• Original document + one photocopy to be signed in front of the Consular Officer
• Photocopy of inside cover pages of the passport or photocopy of the NIC card in case of Pakistani nationals

 Attestation of affidavit/document for commercial purpose

• Fees: Rs. 4500/-
• Original document should be first attested by the     Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt of Pakistan
• Original document + one photocopy
• Photocopy of inside cover pages of the passport or photocopy of the NIC card in case of Pakistani nationals

Attestation of Academic Documents

• Fees: Rs. 900/-
• If document has been issued by an academic institution in Pakistan, the document should be first attested by the
  Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt of Pakistan
• If document has been issued by an academic institution in India, the document should be attested by the General Administration Department of the concerned State, Ministry of HRD and the Consular Section, Ministry of External Affairs, Patiala House, New Delhi.
• Original and photocopy of the marksheet
• Photocopy of inside cover pages of the passport or photocopy of the NIC card in case of Pakistani nationals

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

• Fees: Rs. 1800/-
• Application in the Miscellaneous Services Form (Form 2.doc)
• Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklets if any)
• Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.
• Two passport size photographs.
• Letter from Embassy which has asked for Police Clearance Certificate.

Life Certificate (for pensioners)

• Fees: Gratis
• Original Passport (including subsequent additional booklets if any)
• Photocopy of inside cover pages and other relevant pages of the passport.
• Original and one photocopy of the Life Certificate in the Format prescribed by the concerned Bank/Institution to be signed before the Consular Officer of the Embassy.
