What are the working hours of Visa Section?

The Visa Section is operational 5 days a week from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, for enquiries, you can get in touch with us at the given numbers between 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.
 
Where is the High Commission of India located? How can I reach it, in case I want to submit a medical or family emergency visa application?
High Commission of India is located at in the Diplomatic Enclave, Sector G 5, Islamabad. The Visa and Consular Section is located at Street 3, High Commission of India, Diplomatic Enclave, Sector G-5, Islamabad.

You can reach the Visa Section by taking the Diplomatic Shuttle Service from Islamabad Convention Centre, Islamabad.

Currently only Visa Counter 1 is operational and Visa application of Medical and Family Emergency will be accepted between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
 
Where do Foreign Missions submit the visa application of diplomatic and official passport holders?
Foreign Missions based in Pakistan can submit their visa applications directly at Visa Counter 1, High Commission of India, if their visa application is accompanied with a Note Verbale. 

How do I  appeal/complai?  against the decision of the visa section of the high commision of India.

In case you want to appeal/complaints against the decision of the Visa Section of the High Commission for not issuing a visa (all visas except business visas), you can fax (+92-51-2833290), email (cons.islamabad@mea.gov.in) or write a letter to Dr. Piyush Singh, First Secretary( P&V), High Commission of India, Diplomatic Enclave, Sector G 5, Islamabad, Pakistan and make a representation.
 
In case of appeal/complaints for a business visa, you may fax (+92-51-2833290), email (com.islamabad@mea.gov.in) or write a letter to Mr. Rajesh Agnihotri, Counsellor (Economic and Commerce), High Commission of India, Diplomatic Enclave, Sector G 5, Islamabad, Pakistan and make a representation.
 
In both situations, while making an appeal, please mention your passport number and contact details, including phone numbers.
